RCL Daily Devotion for Saturday, February 23, 2019

RCL Daily Devotions written by Rev. Stefanie K. Fauth from RCL Worship Resources (see more).

We humans like to win.

We like to be right - but we like to win more.

If you watch any courtroom footage, you see that what is right doesn’t matter as much as who wins.

But Christ tells us that we owe what we owe, whether we won or not.

What is right is known - and should drive us.

Our society doesn’t seem to value taking ownership for our mistakes, apologies or restoration.

It’s time to start modeling this behavior.

Be willing to do what is right, even if it means you don’t win.
